About Us

Aluhlata Group

Aluhlata Group is a small ice making and farming enterprise founded in 2019. The farming operations are based in Kwa-Phalani, Matetiele town and ice making business in KwaBhaca – both within the Alfred District Municipality
We are currently farming with sheep and operating an 80kg capacity ice machine. The company is co-owned by two directors. Both directors are experienced professional, one a qualified accountant and the other an engineer.
Our vision is to expand our ice making operations to produce and sell higher volumes. Based on the sales we have been able to make over December holidays, we believe there is sufficient demand for ice in and around the Alfred Nzo District.

Founder and Managing Director

Lubabalo Sinyilili is a qualified chartered accountant (CA (SA)) with more than 10 years’ external audit experience in a range of clients, from aviation, financial services and trade and industry. Before becoming an auditor Lubabalo has also worked in supply chain in local government and the construction industry.

His experience combined with the overall understanding of business environments sets him apart to be able to add value to Aluhlata Group.

Director

Sizukile ‘SK’ Ngumbela is a civil engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in construction and project management. His project management skills and experience are a key success factor for Aluhlata projects.
